💳 How to Access and Manage Billing

How to access billing in the app

This guide walks admins through how to access billing, view invoice history, manage subscriptions, and update payment information using NomoHub’s Stripe integration.

⚠️ Note: You must be logged in as an admin to access billing. If you don’t see the billing section, you likely don’t have admin permissions.

🔐 Step 1: Confirm You’re Logged in as an Admin

Only users with admin access can view and manage billing information.

  • If you're unsure about your permissions, contact your internal NomoHub administrator or reach out to us directly (details below).


⚙️ Step 2: Access Billing Settings

  1. Tap the Settings icon in the bottom right corner of the app.

  2. Navigate to the Account section.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Account screen.

  4. Tap on Billing.

📌 If you don’t see the Billing option, your user role does not have admin access.


🌐 Step 3: Manage Your Billing via Stripe

After tapping Billing, you’ll be redirected to your Stripe billing portal in a web browser.

Here, you can:

  • 💼 View and manage subscription details

  • 🧾 Access invoice history

  • 👥 See the number of active seats and their cost

  • 💳 View or update your payment method

  • 📅 Check your next renewal date

  • Cancel your subscription, if necessary

Stripe securely handles all billing-related activities for your NomoHub account.


🧾 What You Can See in the Billing Portal

  • Invoices: Download and review past billing statements

  • Seats: Confirm how many active users you’re paying for

  • Pricing: See per-seat cost breakdown

  • Payment Method: Edit or add a card on file

  • Next Charge Date: Know when your subscription will renew
