Learn how to take, manage, tag, download, and share photos โ€” including how to generate downloadable photo reports for your customers or team.

๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ Step 1: Accessing the Photo Tool

You can access the Photo Feature in several ways:

From the Canvassing/Map View:

  1. Tap a customer on the map.

  2. In their customer file, tap Photos.

From the Customer Tab:

  1. Navigate to the Customers section.

  2. Tap a customerโ€™s name, then go into their Photos section.

From an Existing Project:

  1. If a project has already been created (automatically done when photos are taken), go to the Project.

  2. Tap View All to access the photo set.

From the Company Photo Feed:

  1. On the home screen, tap the camera icon in the bottom menu.

  2. You'll enter the Company Photo Feed, where you can:

    • View all photos

    • Filter by your photos

    • Search by tags or customers


๐Ÿ“ท Step 2: Taking and Uploading Photos

You can:

  • Take photos directly within the app.

  • Continue snapping additional photos in the same session.

  • Upload images from your camera roll.

  • Add tags to each photo for easy search and organization.

๐Ÿ’ก You can flip the camera, enable flash, and use other native photo-taking tools.


๐Ÿ–ผ๏ธ Step 3: Editing and Managing Photos

  • Tap any photo to open it for editing.

  • You can:

    • Crop, rotate, or annotate (based on app capabilities)

    • Add or change tags

    • Delete unwanted photos

    • Rearrange photos within a report or a project


๐Ÿ“ค Step 4: Sharing Photos

๐Ÿ”— Share Individual Photos

  1. Select photos using the Send feature.

  2. Tap Copy Link to create a shareable URL.

  3. Paste the link in a text or email directly from your device.


๐Ÿ“ Step 5: Create a Photo Report (PDF)

  1. Tap Add Report to start building a new photo report.

  2. Choose number of photos per page (e.g., high resolution = fewer photos per page).

  3. Select photos and assign them to specific pages.

  4. Add or rearrange:

    • Multiple pages

    • Cover photo

    • Descriptions per photo

  5. Use drag and drop to rearrange photos or pages as needed.


๐Ÿ‘€ Step 6: Preview and Download Report

  • Tap Review to preview the PDF report.

  • Expect brief loading time (up to 30 seconds for large reports).

  • Once previewed, tap Download to save the report to your phone or share via:

    • Email

    • Text Message

    • Cloud/File Manager

โœ… Changes are saved automaticallyโ€”no need to tap a Save button.


๐Ÿ“ Step 7: Access the Report Later

  • Your created reports will appear in the Photos section of the related project.

  • Tap the report anytime to view, download, or share again.

You can access photos via:

  • Customer profiles

  • Projects

  • Company-wide photo feed

And you can:

  • Capture photos

  • Edit/manage them

  • Tag and search

  • Share as links or reports
