👨🏽‍💼 Set Up and Use Your Digital Business Card

The Business Card feature in NomoHub lets you create a customizable digital profile to share with homeowners in the field. You can include contact details, collect customer reviews, and track engagement.

🚀 Step 1: Access the Business Card Feature

You can access your Business Card in two ways:

  • Tap the Quick Access Menu on the home screen
    OR

  • Tap the ☰ Hamburger Menu → Go to Settings → Select Business Card


🛠️ Step 2: Set Up Your Business Card

  1. If you're accessing it for the first time, tap Set Up.

  2. Choose a username (this becomes part of your shareable link).

  3. Fill out your About Me section.

  4. Select a template design from the available options.

  5. Upload a profile photo.

  6. Choose whether to display your email and phone number.

  7. Tap Save to publish your digital card.


🌐 Step 3: Preview & Share Your Card

After setup, your Business Card will be live at:

Recipients Can:

  • Save your contact info directly to their phone.

  • Call or email you with one tap.

  • Leave a review using the built-in review form.


⭐ Step 4: Manage Customer Reviews

  1. Return to the Business Card settings page.

  2. View all submitted reviews under the Reviews section.

  3. For each review, choose to:

    • Approve (it will display publicly on your card)

    • Reject (it will not appear)

Approved reviews enhance credibility and help build trust with future customers.


📤 Step 5: Share Your Business Card

You have multiple sharing options:

1. Send via Email

  • Enter the customer’s email directly in the business card menu.

  • Tap Share to send the link instantly.

2. Send a QR Code

  • Tap the QR icon to display your code.

  • The customer can scan it on their phone at the door.

3. Send From a Customer Profile

If you’re actively canvassing:

  1. Go to the customer’s profile from the map or customer list.

  2. Tap Send Business Card.

  3. Enter their phone number or email (if not already in the system).

  4. Tap Share.


🔔 Step 6: Track Views and Engagement

  • When a recipient views your card, you’ll get a notification.

  • If they’re saved as a contact, you’ll see their name instead of “Anonymous.”

  • Use this insight to follow up strategically — for example, send a quick text or call when you know they’re reviewing your info.


🧩 Additional Settings & Features

  • Edit your info anytime via the business card settings.

  • View:

    • All reviews

    • Published reviews

    • Pending reviews

  • Change your template or profile photo at any time.
