If you're out knocking and notice a house is missing a circle (pin/bubble) on the map, don’t worry! NomoHub gives you tools to manually add a customer pin and access advanced map features to make canvassing more efficient.

🧭 Step 1: Enter Canvas Mode

  1. Open the NomoHub app.

  2. From the bottom navigation bar, tap the Map icon.

  3. Ensure you're in Canvas Mode (bottom of the screen).

πŸ“Œ Step 2: Manually Set a Pin on the Map

If a house is missing a bubble:

  1. Tap the black pin icon πŸ“ in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

  2. A prompt will appear: β€œTap on the map to set address.”

  3. Tap on the house's location on the map.

  4. A pin will drop, and the system will create a new customer card for that address.

πŸ’‘ This is the fastest way to add a new home into your canvassing flow.

πŸ” Step 3: Refresh and Locate Yourself

Other helpful icons in the bottom-left corner:

  • πŸ”„ Refresh Icon – Tap to reload the map if bubbles or pins aren't showing correctly.

  • Locator Icon – Tap to quickly zoom to your current GPS location.

🧰 Step 4: Use Map Filters

Tap the Filter icon to customize your map view. You can filter by:

  • Disposition types (e.g., Not Home, Appointment Set, etc.)

  • Assigned Areas

  • Sales Reps (if in Manager Mode)

  • Date/Timeframes

πŸ”Ά Pro Tip: Turn on the Renter Predictor!
Go to Filters β†’ Enable β€œRenter Predictor” β†’ Tap Save.
An orange "R" will appear in the bubble to indicate a high likelihood the resident is a renter.

🏒 Step 5: Understand Multi-Pin Addresses

Sometimes you’ll see a blue building icon or overlapping pins in one location β€” this means there are multiple customer entries for the same or neighboring addresses.

  • Tap the blue building icon to view all associated entries.

  • Tap each result (e.g., 306 Red Wing, 310 Red Wing) to view individual customer details.

  • Use this to identify the correct homeowner or navigate between nearby leads.

πŸ“Œ This is a known behavior in areas with dense housing and is being actively improved.
