👥 Step 6: How to Track & Manage Reps

This guide covers how to assign canvassing areas to reps, track their activity, view dispositions, generate reports, and foster team competition with the leaderboard.


📍 Step 1: Assigning Areas to Reps

Navigate to the Map

  1. Open the app and tap the Map icon on the bottom navigation bar.

  2. Ensure you’re in Areas Mode.

Create a New Area

  1. Tap the “Add Area” button.

  2. Tap points on the map to draw the boundary of the area.

  3. When complete, tap Save.

  4. Fill out:

    • Area Name (rep name, neighborhood, etc.)

    • Office (if multiple offices are set up)

    • Color (optional)

  5. Tap Save Area.

Assign the Area

  1. After saving, tap on the new area.

  2. Choose a rep from the list under “Assign to Rep”.

  3. Tap the checkmark to confirm assignment.


📲 Step 2: How Reps Access Their Areas

  • Reps can tap the Areas icon to view areas assigned to them.

  • Tapping an area zooms directly to it on the map.

  • Reps can tap the car icon to launch navigation to the area using their device’s maps app.


🛎️ Step 3: Tracking Knocks & Dispositions

For Managers:

  1. Return to the Home screen and ensure Manager Mode is enabled (toggle at the top).

  2. Tap on Knocks.

Review Rep Activity:

  1. Tap the Calendar dropdown to filter by date.

  2. Tap a rep’s name to view all their activity for the selected day.

Key Visuals:

  • Red Lines between houses = rep was NOT near the home (e.g., data entered from desktop).

  • Green Lines = rep was near the home (verified knock).

  • Tap the Time Slider to view the timestamp of each knock.


🏆 Step 4: Use the Leaderboard to Motivate Your Team

  1. Tap the Trophy icon on the main navigation.

  2. View:

    • Your own stats under “My Stats”

    • Full team stats under “Leaderboard”

  3. Use the date filter in the top-left to adjust time range.

Track Key Metrics:

  • Knocks

  • Sales box appointments

  • Signed deals

  • Installs (if CRM is connected)

🔄 This visibility fosters friendly competition and accountability among reps.


📊 Step 5: Analyze Rep Performance with Reports

  1. Open the Hamburger Menu (☰) in the top corner.

  2. Tap Reports.

  3. Select Disposition Breakdown Report.

Use This Report To:

  • View how each rep is categorizing their interactions.

  • Identify coaching opportunities.

  • Ensure reps are using proper disposition types in the field.
