Here is an overview of our NEW Map tool and its modes.
🚶 Step 1: Access Map Mode
Open your map inside NomoHub.
Choose between:
Knock Mode
Areas Mode
Storm Mode
➡️ Each mode automatically adjusts filters and settings based on your selection.
🏠 Step 2: Use Knock Mode (Canvassing View)
Knock Mode is used while actively canvassing.
You can customize:
Rental Predictor toggle
Note Indicator
Knock Count
Show/hide:
Uncontacted homes
Map clusters
➡️ Use filters to control how homes appear while you're in the field.
📍 Step 3: Create & Manage Areas
Switch to Areas Mode.
Click Add Area.
Tap on the map to draw your area (dots will appear).
Click Save.
Enter:
Area Name
Select Office
(Optional) Change the color.
➡️ Once saved, you can:
Edit the area
Assign it to sales reps
View history and insights
Tip: If you don’t see a rep, click “All Reps” or check the assigned office.
👥 Step 4: Assign Areas to Your Team
Open an area and click Edit.
Assign it to a sales rep.
Click Save.
➡️ Sales reps will only see areas assigned to them, while managers can view all areas.
🌩️ Step 5: Use Storm Mode (Hail & Storm Data)
Switch to Storm Mode.
Use the calendar/date filter (top left):
Select a specific date
Or choose a date range (e.g., last 6 months)
➡️ This displays:
Storm paths
Hail swaths
Impact intensity (via color legend)
Click Legend (top right) if you need to toggle it on/off.
🎯 Step 6: Turn Storm Data into Actionable Areas
In Storm Mode, find a storm/date.
Switch to Areas Mode.
Turn on Hail Data overlay.
Click Add Area.
Draw around high-impact zones (e.g., red hail areas).
Save and assign it to your team.
➡️ This creates targeted canvassing zones based on real storm data.
📌 Step 7: Access Assigned Areas (For Reps)
Click the Area icon (top right).
View areas assigned to you.
Select an area to zoom directly into it.
➡️ From there, switch to Knock Mode and start canvassing.
⚙️ Step 8: Customize Filters Across Modes
Each mode has its own filter settings:
Knock / Areas Mode: property & map filters
Storm Mode: date & storm filters
➡️ Adjust filters anytime to view data the way you need.
